I. Airport transfer order

A completed and submitted airport transfer order on our website (www.airport-pickup.eu) is binding.

After receiving it in our email, we will contact you by phone and send you a complete summary and payment instructions.

II. Airport Pickup & Transfer

Passengers will be picked up at the location and time specified in the order.

The customer has the right to change the pick-up location and time, by email or phone.

If it is necessary to cancel the entire binding order, the customer is obliged to inform us at least 6 hours before the planned transfer (In case of a payment already made, the entire amount will be sent to the customer without a cancellation fee).

III. Payment terms

The payment method is cashless based on the confirmed order and the payment details sent.

If necessary, payment can also be made in cash after the transfer is completed.

In the case of cash payment, we reserve the right to request a deposit of 30% of the total transfer price, by non-cash method.

After payment of the full amount, the customer will be issued a payment confirmation and a receipt will be sent within 3 business days.

IV. Order cancellation

If the transfer is canceled within 6 hours before the booked time, the cancellation fee is 0%.

If the transfer is canceled less than 6 hours before the booked time, the cancellation fee is 100% of the transfer price.

All other legal provisions are governed by the applicable laws in force at the time and in the country.
